Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive / Senior Sales Officer with mandatory Project Sales experience in the building materials industry. The candidate should have strong expertise in project sales, dealer/distributor management, and business development through architects, builders, contractors, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Project Sales and Channel Sales within the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks.
- Generate business through architects, builders, contractors,
and project consultants.
- Achieve sales targets through primary, secondary, and retail sales.
- Identify recent projects and expand market presence.
- Manage dealer relationships, payment collections, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and implement market development initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Project Sales (Mandatory).
- Experience in Tiles, Tile Adhesives, Building Materials, or Construction Materials is mandatory.
- Strong dealer/distributor management and channel sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in collections, market development, and territory management.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
