Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day -to -day operations in a coke oven plant. The role involves achieving production targets, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are met.
- Monitor coke oven operations to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company policies.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
- Lead production teams and optimize manpower and equipment utilization.
- Resolve operational issues during shifts.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Coke Oven Plant or similar manufacturing environment.
- Hands -on experience in coke oven production is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of production planning, plant operations, and safety procedures.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem -solving skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts (2 weeks every month).
