Requirements:


- MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in General Surgery (MS/MD in General Surgery) from a recognized medical institution.

- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and a valid license to practice.

- Minimum of 2 years of post -graduation clinical experience in a hospital or surgical setting.

- Proven expertise in performing a wide array of general surgical procedures, including advanced laparoscopic techniques.

- Demonstrated proficiency in preoperative planning, intraoperative decision -making, and postoperative management.





- Strong understanding of surgical anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement.

- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple cases efficiently, and maintain composure in emergency situations.

- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and surgical documentation software.
