- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in General Surgery (MS/MD in General Surgery).
- Minimum of 1 year of post -qualification clinical experience in a hospital or surgical setting.
- Proven proficiency in laparoscopic surgical techniques, including cholecystectomy, hernia repair, appendectomy, and other common laparoscopic procedures.
- Strong understanding of surgical anatomy, physiology, and perioperative care.
- Excellent decision -making, problem -solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast -paced, high -stakes environments.
- Commitment to patient -centered care, continuous learning, and career development.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and any required state -specific licenses.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and hospital information systems.
