The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining platform and product solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing methodologies. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement platform and product solutions that meet business requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing of applications, including unit, integration, and system testing, to ensure quality and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and refine product features.
- Identify and resolve defects and performance issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software development and testing.
- Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools.
- Experience in working with microservices architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in software development with a focus on testing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
