Daily Responsibilities

✠Inspect precast elements after demoulding

✠Identify cosmetic vs structural defects

✠Supervise patching, grouting, epoxy repairs and concrete restoration

✠Manage grinding, sanding and surface finishing activities

✠Ensure color matching so repairs are not visible

✠Coordinate with QA/QC team for approval

✠Close punch points raised during inspections

✠Release finished elements for stacking and dispatch

✠Manage a large team of masons, helpers and finishing workers

✠Ensure safety during grinding and repair activities

Requirements

Education:
Technical Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a Senior
Vocational ITI Certification in Advanced Masonry, Industrial Plastering, or Concrete
Finishing Craft.

● Experience: 5–10 years of robust field experience specializing in structural concrete
repairs, cosmetic patching, or architectural finishing lines within major precast concrete
yards, high-end precast panel plants, or prestigious commercial infrastructure
frameworks.

● Technical & Material Mastery:
○ Exceptional practical mastery over concrete repair chemistry, color-matching
pigments, polymer fairing mortars,



and structural bonding agents.
○ Flawless ability to read structural shop drawings, architectural finishing manifests,
punch-lists, and technical tolerance matrices.
○ Strong field understanding of handheld pneumatic/electric concrete processing
machinery, surface profiling techniques, and chemical coating applications.
● Leadership & Aesthetic Judgement: Exceptional visual and spatial judgement with an
uncompromising eye for aesthetic detail. Must possess strong, explicit ground command to
direct large teams of craftsmen, combined with the patience and quality-driven mindset
required to achieve flawless surface aesthetics under rigid production timelines in Hedri.
