About the Role:
We’re looking for two AI-first creatives who can blend storytelling, design, and editing into high-impact visual content.

What You’ll Do:

- Edit YouTube long-form content & short-form reels

- Design high-converting thumbnails & visual storytelling assets

- Use AI tools to speed up workflows (automation, captions, cuts, motion)

- Repurpose long-form into viral short-form

What We’re Looking For:

- Robust sense of pacing, storytelling & retention

- Hands-on with Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects

- Advanced use of AI tools for editing & design

- Deep understanding of internet culture & platform trends
