We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruitment Hiring Professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level positions. The role demands strong ownership of hiring, effective stakeholder management, and a proven track record of stability and consistent performance in corporate recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level roles across multiple functions.
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
- Design and execute effective sourcing strategies using consultants, job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes
- Manage offer roll-outs, negotiations, and successful closures
- Ensure adherence to defined hiring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards
- Build and sustain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and consultants
- Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies, processes, and documentation standards
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in corporate hiring (non-agency background preferred)
- Proven expertise in mid and senior-level recruitment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, pipelines, and closure management
- Ability to perform effectively in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High levels of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
