10-12 Branch heads report into this role this role will further report to RBM (State Head for Branch Banking).

Grade : Vice President (M7 )

Job Description :

- Achieving the Business Objectives for the Area and meet the value, volume and channel productivity metrics

- Generation of revenues through sale of CASA, Assets, TFX and Third Party Products like Insurance, General Insurance etc through branch channel

- Leading Branch Managers, Operation Team and Mentoring of Sales teams

- Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers

- Regulatory compliance

- Manpower planning

- RM & RO channel productivity improvement

- Driving Service Quality parameters across span

- Manage productivity, morale of branch personnel





- Establishing standards and delivery of customer service

Requirements

Age : not more than 50

Job Requirements:

- Excellent written and oral skills

- Analytical skills

- Ability to influence people in different departments

- Solid relationship orientation

- Should be an excellent team player

Eligibility

- Minimum tenure in current role & grade for applying for same grade role is 18 months & next grade role is 24 months
