nRole Overview
nBLive is seeking a Franchisee Business Development Manager - FOFO Model to drive the expansion
nof our franchisee network. The role involves identifying, engaging, and onboarding
nentrepreneurs and partners who will operate EV fleets under the BLive franchise model.
nThe ideal candidate will have experience in franchisee expansion, dealer development, or
nchannel sales, preferably in the automobile or EV industry, and possess strong commercial
nand relationship-building skills.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Drive franchisee network expansion by identifying and onboarding current partners




nacross target markets.
n• Present and explain the BLive franchisee business model to prospective partners
nand investors.
n• Build and manage a pipeline of franchisee prospects through outreach, networking,
nand referrals.
n• Conduct business presentations and meetings with potential franchise partners.
n• Explain investment structure, ROI, revenue potential, and operational model to
nprospects.
n• Evaluate partner suitability and ensure alignment with BLive's growth strategy.
nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and launch.
nDevelop strong long-term relationships with franchise partners.
nCandidate Profile
n• 3–7 years of experience in franchise expansion, dealer network development,
nor channel sales.
n• Experience in automobile, EV, mobility, or logistics sector preferred.
n• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
