nResponsibilities

- Own the governance, maintenance, and sustenance of Business Continuity Management System across the organizationn
- Subject Matter Expertise in BCM, Crisis Management, Resilience, Risk & Compliance domainsn
- Have multi-faceted experience in Risk Management related program implementation in multiple domains (Infrastructure services, BFSI, Healthcare will be preference)n
- Should have sound knowledge of IT Disaster Recovery Program and Cyber related Business Continuity Planningn
- Good understanding and exposure to business operations in IT Application Support and Maintenance, Infrastructure, Business Services, and Products & Platformsn
- Be a self-starter with positive interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple teams from Delivery and Enabling Functions across locations, geographies, and engagementsn




- Hands-on experience leading Crisis Management and response at a functional / location / site leveln
- Ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders to design programs that meet the requirements of the organization & strengthens the resilience posture and are aligned to business needs.n
- Ability to logically convince stakeholders to take necessary actions. Work closely with Senior leaders and drive activities to successful completionn
- Have experience leading and directly supervising 5-10 peoplen
- Experience in preparing reports, conduct analysis and present to various stakeholdersn
- Excellent Negotiation and Conflict Management skillsn
- Good Customer Service skillsn
- Ability to work under pressure and extended hours during Crisis eventsn

nQualifications

- Master's degree.n
- 10+ years in ITES industry with 7+ years in IT DR and Risk Management.n
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure,
