nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales function for our premium villa project. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in driving end-to-end sales.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Sales Leadership & Team Management
n- Lead, manage, and mentor the on-ground sales team
n- Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement
n- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team performance
n2. Lead Management & Conversion
n- Oversee lead handling, nurturing, and conversion strategies
n- Ensure robust follow-up systems and customer engagement
n- Monitor and improve conversion ratios across channels
n3. Sales Strategy & Execution
n- Define and implement effective sales strategies aligned with project positioning
n- Drive pricing, negotiation, and deal closures
n- Work closely with leadership on revenue planning and sales forecasting

Channel Partner Management
n- Build and manage relationships with channel partners and brokers
n- Drive partner engagement, performance, and closures
n- Expand network of local and regional sales partners
n5. Marketing & CRM Coordination
n- Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns, lead generation, and branding initiatives
n- Work closely with CRM team to ensure seamless customer journey and data tracking
n6. On-ground Activations & Partnerships
n- Plan and execute participation in property exhibitions and sales events
n- Develop partnerships with local businesses and networks for lead generation
n- Set up and manage stalls in property shows and promotional events
n7. Post-Sales & Customer Experience
n- Oversee post-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction
n- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth documentation and handover
