nWe're looking for a go-getter who thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and making things happen. As our Team Leader – Sales & Operations, you'll own key pharmaceutical accounts, lead a high-performing team, and ensure customers have a seamless experience—from inquiry to delivery.
nThis is a rapid-paced, high-impact role where you'll manage 30–40 pharma customers, drive business growth, solve complex customer challenges, mentor your team, and work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service. If you enjoy taking ownership, wearing multiple hats, and helping build a fast-growing startup, you'll fit right in.
nWhat You'll Do

- Own customer inquiries from requirement to successful delivery.n
- Manage a portfolio of 30–40 pharmaceutical customers.n
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two.n
- Drive sales and identify new business opportunities.n
- Prepare quotations, commercial offers, COAs, MSDS, and technical documentation.n
- Ensure smooth order execution by coordinating with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and quality teams.n
- Resolve customer escalations and deliver outstanding customer experience.n
- Build long-term relationships with key customers.n
- Track team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs.n
- Own business targets and operational excellence.n
- Visit customers 1–2 times per month to resolve technical queries and generate new business.n
- Represent CLYZO professionally in customer meetings.n
