Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for Manager Strategic Projects to join our growing team. This position is a truly unique prospect to be able to work across the entirety of the People function and other departmental areas to support the delivery of our strategic objectives. The role holder will be joining us at an exciting time and will contribute to the implementation of key strategic projects as part of the People Team. This role will have significant impact on HR's reputation as a strategic function capable of planning ahead to pinpoint strategic issues and support successful delivery of key projects/programmes.
nThis role includes implementing key initiatives against our People Plan, managing projects, supporting CPO governance and budget planning and tracking on a monthly/quarterly basis.
