- Team Handling and AUM collectionn
- Increase revenue from recent client through up sale / Cross Selln
- Acquisition of HNI, Retail clients and Corporate Clientsn
- Promote Focus Product of the month.n
- Ensure individual and team performance as per norms.n
- Recruit, induct, handhold, facilitate and motivate team members.n
- Retention of performing team members.n
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch within the given guidelines, framework and budgets.n
- Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines.n
- Cross Selling of Third Party Products- LI, MF, PMS, FD, Bonds etc.n
