n1. Sales and Business Development:
n- Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities within the interior design sector.
n- Attend leads and proactively build and nurture business relations with current and potential customers.
n- Initiate outbound calls to connect with potential customers and explore business opportunities.
n2. Interior Designing Expertise:
n- Possess in-depth knowledge of interior designing principles, including engineering, dimensions, materials, and color.
n- Proficient in interior designing principles to effectively communicate design concepts.
n3. Sales Targets:
n- Achieve assigned sales targets, including New Client Acquisition, number of projects, and overall project value.
n- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business leads to ensure continuous growth.
n4. Client Acquisition:
