nWe're looking for a commercially driven and ambitious Head of Business Development to lead the growth of CIPS' corporate training, executive education and consulting business across India. This is an exciting opportunity to build strategic partnerships, engage with senior business leaders, and expand the reach and impact of a globally recognised professional body in India.

nWhat you'll do:

- Develop and execute the business growth strategy for Indian
- Identify, pursue and secure new corporate clients and strategic partnershipsn




- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across training, executive education and consulting servicesn
- Lead the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and stakeholder engagement through to contract negotiation and closuren
- Represent CIPS at conferences, industry events and networking forumsn
- Build relationships with CEOs, CHROs, Chief Procurement Officers and other senior business leadersn
- Drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious business development targetsn
- Develop strategic alliances and referral partnerships to strengthen market presencen

nWhat you'll bring:

- An MBA or equivalent professional experience.n
- Proven success in business development within corporate training, executive education, consulting or skilled services.n
- Experience engaging and influencing C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.n
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and stakeholder mana
