nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Closing Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end property closing process. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry and possess strong knowledge of property documentation, legal compliance, customer coordination, and registration procedures.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage the complete property closing process from booking confirmation to possession.n
- Coordinate with customers, sales, legal, finance, CRM, and banks to ensure timely closure of transactions.n
- Verify and maintain all property-related documents required for registration and handover.n
- Schedule and coordinate agreement execution, registration, stamp duty payments, and possession formalities.n
- Liaise with financial institutions for loan disbursement and ensure timely receipt of payments.n




- Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, and company policies related to property transactions.n
- Resolve customer queries related to documentation, registration, and payment processes.n
- Maintain accurate records of customer files, agreements, and transaction status.n
- Prepare periodic reports on closures, pending cases, registrations, and collections.n
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely completion of all closing activities.n
- Identify and resolve issues that may delay the closing process.n
