About the Role As Process Lead, you'll own end-to-end manufacturing application processes — incident, problem, change, and release management — while driving continuous improvement across our Manufacturing Digital / Mfg Digital and Automation landscape. You'll be the key bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring service excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end application process analysis in a manufacturing environment Define, implement,
