nProfile Summary
nMNR Medical Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Superintendent to lead its hospital operations. 10+ years of clinical experience and at least 5 years as a Medical Superintendent in a teaching medical college. Preference will be given to Ex-Service Doctors who are fluent in English and Telugu, and are willing to reside on campus.

nHospital Operations & Administration

- Oversee all medical and administrative operations of the hospitaln
- Ensure smooth functioning of clinical departments and coordination with medical collegen
- Maintain discipline and clinical accountability among faculty, doctors, and support staffn

nClinical Oversight

- Monitor patient care standards, emergency services, and OPD/IPD efficiencyn
- Supervise infection control,



medical audits, and clinical outcomes reportingn
- Liaison with departments for adequate staffing, case load, and teaching hospital benchmarksn

nAcademic Coordination

- Ensure hospital compliance with NMC norms for academic and clinical teachingn
- Coordinate with department heads and teaching staff for student postings and assessmentsn
- Facilitate PG/UG training and academic audit processesn

nCompliance & Quality Control

- Adhere to and oversee regulatory compliance (NMC, NABH, Biomedical Waste, Fire Safety)n
- Implement hospital SOPs and support quality improvement initiativesn
- Be the hospital's face during inspections and accreditation visitsn

nTeam Leadership

- Lead interdisciplinary teams comprising consultants, residents, nurses, and paramedicsn
- Promote a culture of discipline, ethics, safety, and compassionn
- Conduct regular review meetings
