Who we are looking to hire We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Europe to support RateGain’s European business. This is a hybrid SDR and Inside Sales role based in India. Unlike a traditional SDR role, this position goes beyond lead qualification. You will actively engage prospects, conduct first-level discovery calls, deliver product demos, and work closely with the sales team to generate and progress opportunities across the European market. Key responsibilities Outbound & inbound prospecting Prospect and engage target accounts across Europe through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and generate sales opportunities. Inside sales & demo support Conduct discovery calls and first-level customer conversations. Deliver product demos and support early-stage sales discussions. Collaborate with Account Executives to progress qualified opportunities. Pipeline & collaboration Build and maintain a healthy pipeline for assigned territories. Maintain accurate CRM records and follow sales processes. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to improve conversion outcomes. Education & experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales experience selling into the International markets. Experience in SaaS or B2B technology sales preferred. Comfortable working European shifts from India. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
