nThe company was founded in June 2023 by Utkarsh Apoorva (IIT Delhi, built Reshamandi, Guitarstreet, Edulabs); Harshad Saykhedkar (IIT Bombay, ex-AI Lead at Slack); and Ashwini Prabhu (IIML, co-founder of Mythiksha, ex-Product Head at Reshamandi, HandyTrain).
nThe Opportunity
nWe are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help customers successfully adopt our platform, achieve measurable outcomes and build long term value. You will manage multiple customer accounts and own adoption, stakeholder engagement, account health, renewals and expansion.
nWhat You Will Do?
n● Own the customer relationship after implementation and throughout the customer lifecycle.
n● Understand customer objectives, workflows and success criteria.




n● Drive product adoption and ensure customers realise measurable business value.
n● Conduct regular customer reviews and track agreed success metrics.
n● Build relationships across business, credit, risk, operations and technology teams.
n● Monitor account health, identify risks early and create corrective action plans.
n● Coordinate with Implementation, Product, Engineering and Support to resolve customer requirements and issues.
n● Manage customer escalations with explicit ownership and communication.
n● Support renewal conversations and identify expansion opportunities.
n● Maintain accurate account plans, customer history and stakeholder records.
nWhat You Need To Succeed?
n● 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management,or Enterprise SaaS.
n● Experience working with banks, NBFCs, HFCs or fintech companies.
