nProject documentation and administration
n• Maintain contract documents including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, transmittals,
nchange orders, and meeting minutes.
n• Assist with filing and document control; update project logs such as submittal logs, RFI logs, PCO
nlogs, and punch lists.
n• Prepare basic project reports and meeting preparation materials, including agendas and
nmeeting minutes.
n• Help track work against the project schedule by noting completed activities, delays, and
nconstraints.
n• Learn to read and understand contract documents, including drawings, specifications, and
nsubmittals.
n• Attend coordination meetings with trades, consultants,
