- Implement and customize ITAM modules (HAM & SAM Pro) on ServiceNown
- Manage asset lifecycle processes including procurement, inventory, deployment, and retirementn
- Configure software license management, compliance tracking, and normalizationn
- Develop solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designern
- Integrate ServiceNow with procurement systems, discovery tools, and third-party vendorsn
- Work with CMDB and Discovery teams to ensure data accuracy and reconciliationn
- Build reports and dashboards for asset visibility, compliance, and optimizationn
nRequired Skills:

- Solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM)n
- Good understanding of software licensing models and asset lifecycle managementn
- Expertise in CMDB, CSDM framework, and data managementn
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow platform scriptingn
- Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST APIsn
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS–HAM / CIS–SAM preferred)n
