Job DescriptionLocation: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Field-based / Extensive Local Travel Required) Experience: 2–5 Years About the Role We are looking for a high-energy, ground-level Business Development Specialist to lead the expansion of our EV Charging Hubs and FMS (Fleet Management System) ecosystem across the region. You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint by acquiring Hub Franchise Partners , securing prime locations, and onboarding EV fleet operators and riders directly onto our FMS and charging platforms. This role requires a sharp sales mindset, robust local networking skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end execution—from cold pitch to operational rollout. Key Responsibilities Hub Franchise Acquisition: Scout, pitch, and convert potential commercial property owners, local entrepreneurs, and investors into Franchise Partners for setting up dedicated EV charging hubs. End-to-End Hub Setup & Commissioning: Own the complete lifecycle of a new hub—from initial site identification, franchise contract closure,



and electrical/spatial feasibility checks to final hardware installation and live deployment. Operator & Rider Onboarding: Pitch and onboard commercial EV fleet operators (E-Rickshaws, E-Autos, 2W/3W/4W fleets) and individual gig-economy riders onto our FMS software platform and app ecosystem. Network & Community Building: Build deep relationships with local real estate brokers, fleet owners, driver associations, and property managers to generate a continuous pipeline of hub locations and daily users. Ground Execution & Operations Support: Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless hardware setup, resolve field/site access issues, and ensure hub utilization from Day 1. Requirements & Qualifications Vehicle Ownership (Mandatory): Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license and a willingness to travel extensively across Noida/NCR daily.
