What You'll DonAs an Assistant Manager – Accounting & Finance, you'll manage a portfolio of international clients while supporting the Manager in driving operational excellence and team performance.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Independently manage a portfolio of clients and ensure timely month-end and year-end close.n
- Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable,



Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management.n
- Review and finalize work completed by team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance.n
- Design and implement efficient accounting processes tailored to client requirements.n
- Prepare and review management accounts, financial reports, and investor reporting packages.n
- Mentor, coach, and manage associates to maintain high-quality service delivery.n
- Partner directly with international clients, providing proactive financial insights and exceptional service.n
- Support strategic projects such as financial modelling, business planning, fundraising, due diligence, and M&A; engagements.n
- Drive continuous process improvements through automation and technology adoption.n
