- Build, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.n




- Monitor dealership KPIs, profitability, and customer satisfaction.n
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, customers, and channel partners.n
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.n
- Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership standards.n

- 3–5 years of experience in Automobile Sales.n
- Strong leadership and team management skills.n
