nLink Logistics is seeking a Program Manager to lead the execution of complex, multi-project initiatives that support technology, operations, and business transformation. This role is accountable for translating strategic priorities into aligned projects, ensuring timeline and issue/risk management, measuring business outcomes, and driving communication and status reporting across the enterprise with various business and leadership stakeholders.
nThe Program Manager operates at the intersection of strategy and execution—partnering with senior leaders, product and technology teams, and functional stakeholders to manage interdependencies, optimize sequencing, and drive value realization across the various projects within the program. This role serves as a critical bridge between executive leadership and delivery teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability at all levels of the organization.
