nRole Overview
nThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the top-of-funnel business development efforts for GenY Medium by identifying potential prospects and initiating meaningful outreach.
nThe role involves building targeted prospect lists, engaging with marketing decision-makers across organisations, and generating qualified leads for the Head – Business Development to pursue and convert.



The individual will play a key role in opening doors with the right stakeholders and contributing to the company's current business pipeline.
nKey Responsibilities
n* Prospecting & Research: Build and continuously refine targeted prospect lists across D2C/e-commerce brands, funded startups, and enterprise organisations in Bangalore and key metros. Conduct in-depth research on prospect profiles, including their business context, current agency relationships, digital marketing maturity, and potential challenges before initiating outreach.
n* Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute structured, multi-touch outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified leads and initiate conversations with potential clients. Craft personalised outreach messages that reflect GenY Medium's strategy-first positioning.
