nAbout the Role
nWe are seeking an experienced AVP / VP – Institutional Business to drive institutional client acquisition, fundraising, and strategic relationship management across the investment ecosystem. The role will focus on building and managing relationships with Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Family Offices, Wealth Management Firms, Institutional Investors, Insurance Companies, and other key market participants.
nThe ideal candidate will possess a strong network within the institutional investment community,



a proven track record in fundraising and capital raising, and experience distributing PMS, AIF, Equity, and alternative investment products.
nKey Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.n
- Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.n
- Achieve revenue targets in line with business objectives. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and engagement.n
- Generate current business through client referrals and relationship expansion. Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance requirements during the process.n
- Increase wallet share by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.n
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing and ensure efficient execution of the sales process.n
