nA premier Goa-based hospitality group is seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager for our established 4-star beach resort located in South Goa.
nThe ideal candidate will possess an extensive, pre-existing corporate network, established relationships with premium wedding planners, and a robust portfolio of active travel agents.
nImportant Notice: This position requires an immediate local presence in Goa and extensive experience within the hospitality sector. Candidates from other geographic locations or unrelated industries will not be considered. [1]
nKey Responsibilities
n· Corporate & MICE Procurement: Identify, pitch, and secure corporate room contracts, conferences, and high-value corporate retreats.
n· Destination Weddings & Events: Collaborate with luxury wedding planners and event management firms to drive destination wedding revenue.
n· Travel Trade Relations:



Maximize room inventory sales by leveraging an established network of local and national travel agents and tour operators.
n· Revenue Management: Assist in developing seasonal pricing strategies to optimize occupancy rates and maximize Average Daily Rate (ADR).
nCandidate Profile & Requirements
n· Hospitality Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years of core sales experience within a reputable 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star hotel/resort. Candidates from banking, real estate, telecom, or retail sectors are ineligible.
n· Local Market Expertise: Must be a permanent resident of Goa with an active, existing database of regional corporate clients and local travel trade partners.
n· Performance History: Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
n· Professional Competence: Exceptional negotiation capabilities, strong presentation skills, and a polished corporate demeanor.
