nWe are looking for a highly driven and client-focused Delivery cum Account Manager to manage key client accounts, oversee recruitment delivery, drive client satisfaction, and ensure business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Non-IT staffing, account management, collections, stakeholder management, and business development by generating new hiring requirements from existing and prospective clients.

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve delivery targets and hiring timelines.n
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles and successful closure of open mandates.n
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, turnaround time (TAT), interview ratios, offer conversions, and joining percentages.n
- Conduct regular delivery reviews and implement strategies to improve team performance.n
