nRole Overview:
nWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as
nCustomer Care Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer
ninteractions across various channels, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer
nsatisfaction.
nKey Responsibilities:
n• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, chats, or emails professionally.
n• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, orders,



or complaints.
n• Ensure first contact resolution (FCR) and maintain customer satisfaction (CSAT)
nscores.
n• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
n• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines.
n• Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels appropriately.
n• Meet performance KPIs such as AHT, quality, attendance, and productivity.
n• Stay updated on product/process knowledge through regular training sessions.
nEligibility Criteria:
n• Education: Graduate (Any stream). Or 12th pass with 6 months of experience
n• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
n• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills (English)
n• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
n• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and 5-day work week (2 weekly offs)
