Job DescriptionSenior Design Coordinator – Modular Kitchen & Furniture SystemsnWe are seeking an experienced Senior Design Coordinator with strong expertise in residential modular kitchen and wardrobe systems.
nThis is a leadership role requiring technical precision, client presentation confidence, and execution discipline. You will lead design presentations alongside the Sales Manager, supervise Junior Designers, and ensure technically accurate, commercially viable proposals for apartments, villas, and independent homes.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Translate client requirements into functional and commercially viable modular layoutsn
- Lead client presentations with the Sales Managern
- Develop accurate kitchen and wardrobe layouts aligned with module sizing standardsn
- Review and approve designs, drawings, BOQs, and quotations prepared by Junior Designersn
- Ensure margin protection and costing accuracyn
- Validate site measurements and service readiness (plumbing,
electrical, civil)n
- Coordinate installation and resolve execution challengesn
Mandatory Experiencen
- n
- 8+ years in residential modular kitchen / furniture designn
- Proven experience handling apartments, villas, and individual homesn
- Strong knowledge of module sizing standards and hardware systemsn
- Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation and costingn
- Experience managing high-value residential clientsn
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and modular planning softwaren
KeynAll designs, drawings, BOQs, and quotations prepared by Junior Designers must be reviewed and approved by the Senior Design Coordinator before submission or execution.
