- Developing Admissions Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement admissions strategies that align with the school's mission, vision, and goals.n
- Marketing & Outreach: Design and implement marketing campaigns to attract prospective students, including hosting open houses, school tours, information sessions, and other events.n
- Managing Applications: Oversee the process of receiving, reviewing, and processing student applications, ensuring that all documentation is complete and timely.n
- Student Interviews & Tours: Conduct interviews with prospective students and their families, as well as lead school tours to provide insight into the school's culture, values, and academic programs.n
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of applicants, admissions statistics, and conversion rates. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on enrollment trends and projections.n
- Parent Communication: Serve as a point of contact for prospective parents and students,



addressing questions and concerns about the application process, school policies, and student life.n
- Collaborating with Faculty & Staff: Work with faculty and administrative staff to ensure alignment in the admissions process and foster a welcoming environment for recent students.n
- Enrollment Management: Develop systems to ensure smooth transitions for newly admitted students, including support for orientation and integration into school life.n
- Maintaining Compliance: Ensure the admissions process complies with all school policies, regulations, and legal requirements, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.n

nQualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).n
- Experience in educational admissions or a related field, ideally within a K-12 setting.n
- Strong organisational and time management skills.n
