nJob Summary
nWe are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial knowledge in steel fabrication to drive business growth. The role involves identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing technical proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to secure and execute projects successfully.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Business Development & Sales
n• Identify and develop recent business opportunities in:
no Piling and deep foundation tools & accessories
no Steel structures
no Tanks & silos
no Machining and custom fabrication works
n• Generate leads and convert them into confirmed orders
n• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
n• Conduct client meetings, site visits,



and presentations
n2. Technical Sales & Proposal Preparation
n• Review RFQs, drawings, and specifications
n• Prepare technical and commercial proposals
n• Coordinate with estimation and production teams for accurate costing
n• Ensure proposals meet client requirements and project specifications
n3. Tendering & Negotiation
n• Participate in tender submissions and bidding processes
n• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients
n• Follow up on submitted quotations to close deals
n4. Project Handover & Coordination
n• Ensure smooth handover of awarded projects to production team
n• Coordinate with: Production, Procurement & QC
n• Follow up on project progress and client satisfaction
n5. Market Intelligence
n• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing
n• Identify new sectors and potential clients (oil & gas, construction, industrial projects)
n• Provide feedba
