- Mandatory experience in Non-QM Underwritingn

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Perform credit risk assessment using the 4Cs of Creditn
- Calculate income for Salaried and Self-Employed borrowersn
- Underwrite Bank Statement and Full Documentation loansn
- Evaluate loan eligibility and structure mortgage transactionsn
- Review appraisal reports, title documents, lien positions, and ownership documentsn
- Make underwriting decisions based on investor guidelinesn
- Work on Encompass LOSn
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely loan processingn
