nKey Responsibilities :

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.n
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.n
- Provide accurate information about products and services.n
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.n




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution.n
- Build strong relationships with customers by delivering quality service.n
- Ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and service standards.n

nQualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).n
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.n
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.n
