- Develop and execute structured sales strategies to achieve defined revenue and profitability targets.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and premium clients.n
- Work closely with top management to design and implement cutting-edge sales plans and operational improvements.n
- Drive business expansion through new client acquisition and strategic retention of existing customers.n
- Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, customer satisfaction benchmarks, and seamless execution of projects.n
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, technical, delivery, installation, and after-sales) to ensure timely and quality execution.n
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.n
- Generate regular sales reports, pipeline tracking, performance analyses, and revenue forecasts for the COO/MD.n
- Maintain strict CRM discipline with structured follow-ups and documented client communication.n
Mandatory Performance Standardsn

- Monthly and quarterly revenue targets will be assigned and formally reviewed.n
- Defined revenue milestones must be achieved during the 6-month probation period.n
- Failure to meet performance benchmarks may result in termination during or at the end of probation.n
- All discounting and pricing deviations require written management approval.n
- CRM updates and pipeline reporting are mandatory and subject to audit.n
Qualificationsn
- n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering; MBA preferred.n
- Minimum 8+ years of sales management experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets in the luxury furnishings or branded building materials industry.n
