The role involves managing the company's complete financial operations and accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
nThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with strong expertise in Tally ERP and familiarity with up-to-date financial tools. Exceptional analytical skills and proven managerial capabilities are essential for success in this role.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including invoicing, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.n
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.n
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).n
- Conduct periodic financial audits, review processes, and ensure timely reporting.n
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.n




- Handle coordination with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory bodies.n
- Lead a team of accountants and finance associates, providing mentorship and training.n
- Optimize the usage of Tally ERP and integrate other financial management tools effectively.n
- Analyze financial data to provide insights that support strategic business decisions.n

nQualifications & Skills Required:

- MBA in Finance preferred; Bachelor's in Commerce mandatory.n
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.n
- Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with additional accounting software/tools.n
- Strong knowledge of taxation and compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS).n
