nRole & responsibilities:
nThe position would be responsible for
n1. Credit Control Management
n2. Raising Sales Invoices on the Client's CRM System.
n3. Uploading Sales Invoices on the Client's Portal.
n4. Forecasting and reporting on collection
n5. Executing tasks on Microsoft CRM as per client's instructions.
n6. Fetching reports from Microsoft's Accounting software
n7. Daily client communications over Microsoft Teams.
n8. Daily reporting to the clients on tasks completed and outstanding debt.

- Excel knowledge (Vlook up/Pivots)n
- Experience in Credit Control Managementn
- Experience in communicating with clients offshore.n
