nBeyond13 Apparels is a fast-growing company building new-age innerwear brands in a category that has been widely underserved. We are expanding our offline distribution network and are looking for an early-team member with massive growth potential to help scale our presence PAN India.
nRole Overview:
nAs Area Sales Manager, you will lead the buildout of our offline distribution network. Working directly with the founders, you will appoint and manage distributors, drive product placement at the retail level, and generate secondary demand across markets. This is a foundational role with significant scope to grow as the company grows.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors across regions PAN Indian
- Establish primary placement of products with distributors and retail partnersn
- Build and drive secondary demand at the retailer and consumer leveln
- Work closely with founders on sales strategy, forecasting, and market expansion planningn
- Track distributor performance, monitor sell-through,



and ensure healthy inventory movementn
- Set and achieve regional sales targetsn
- Provide on-ground market intelligence on competition, pricing, and demand trendsn
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partnersn

nWhat We're Looking For:

- 2-3 years of offline sales experience, preferably in apparel, innerwear, FMCG, or a distributor-led categoryn
- Proven track record of appointing and scaling a distributor networkn
- Strong understanding of primary and secondary sales dynamics in general traden
- Willingness to travel extensively across marketsn
- Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with an early-stage, high-growth workplacen
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skillsn
- Self-starter who can operate with limited structure and drive results independentlyn
