nExperience: 1–6 Years (Process Associate/Analyst), 5-10years (Team Lead) with at least 1-2 years into team handling role.

- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with UK insurance and retirement regulationsn
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting operational SLAsn

nEligibility
n1–10 years of experience in UK Life Insurance, Pensions, Retirement Operations, Savings & Investments, or Financial Services
nStrong written communication and customer service skills
nKnowledge of policy administration and back-office insurance operations
nImmediate to 30 Days notice period preferred
