nKey Responsibilities

- Manage investor/client relationships.n
- Handle HNI, UHNI, Family Office and institutional investor engagement.n
- Coordinate fundraising and private placement activities.n
- Manage KYC, due diligence and documentation.n
- Maintain CRM and investor MIS.n
- Prepare pitch decks and investor updates.n
- Coordinate meetings and roadshows.n
- Resolve investor queries.n
- Support business development and partnerships.n
- Ensure high client satisfaction.n
nCandidate Profile
nMBA, CA, CFA or equivalent.
nExperience: 5–8+ years in Investor Relations, Client Management, Private Placement, Capital Markets, Investment Banking or Financial Services.
