You will leverage your industry expertise to provide personalised, consultative advice, turning qualified leads into excited trekkers and long-term TrekNomads patrons.

- Revenue Generation:
Consistently meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the entire sales lifecycle.n
- Business Development: Proactively generate new business by penetrating target segments and effectively nurturing the existing database of high-potential leads.n
- Consultative Sales: Utilise deep product knowledge to adopt a consultative selling approach, understanding customer needs to recommend the perfect TrekNomads experience.n
- Pipeline Management: Rigorously analyse assigned leads, maintaining an accurate and well-organised sales funnel.n
- Sales-to-Operations Handoff: Coordinate closely with the Operations Team to ensure a smooth post-sales transition, managing the customer journey right up until post-trek feedback collection, thereby guaranteeing a superior customer experience.n
- Strategic Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Marketing Team to optimise lead quality, enhance conversion strategies, and ensure seamless customer experience.n
