Job DescriptionResponsibilities
n• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute full-funnel, digital-first
ncampaigns (awareness → conversion) across Meta, Google, YouTube, and
nprogrammatic platforms, to drive awareness, engagement, and ticket conversions
n• Content and Creative Management: Develop content independently and act as
ncustodian with creative and design teams to produce performance-led ad assets,
nevent listings, and social content that drive engagement and conversions
n• Data & Optimization: Leverage audience insights, campaign analytics and ticketing
ndata to refine targeting, optimize spend efficiency and CPA to maximise ROAS
n• Ticketing Operations & Conversion Management: Using in-house capabilities and
nworking with third-party ticketing platforms for inventory management, tracking, pixel
nsetup, and A/B testing to maximize reach and occupancy
n• Brand Playbooks: Develop scalable brand guidelines and detailed bibles across IPs
nfor marketing assets, on-ground materials, and event-day touchpoints, in coordination




nwith production design to ensure a consistent world class audience experience
n• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business strategy, creative operations,
ntechnology, and legal teams to align marketing initiatives with overall IP and
nexperience objectives
nQualifications
n• 1-2 years of experience in marketing strategy and operations, ideally within live
nentertainment, media or direct to consumer tech sectors
n• Demonstrated success in scaling audiences and driving ticket sales through
nperformance marketing, innovative campaigns and customer funnel optimization
n• Robust command over Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and analytics
nplatforms
n• Hands-on experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, pixels, UTM
nstructures)
n• Ability to interpret data into actionable insights and communicate them clearly with
nteams
n• Excellent creative sensibility to deliver in
