nWe are looking for a disciplined, high-caliber Project Manager to lead end-to-end software and
ncontent delivery projects. The ideal candidate will be a Master of Project controls—capable of
nbuilding rock-solid project plans, tracking them meticulously to closure, and protecting project
nmargins. You will act as the crucial bridge between our technical teams (Solutions Architects,
nTech Leads) and our global clients, requiring a solid blend of technical literacy, financial
nacumen, and elite communication skills.

nProject Planning & Lifecycle Management
nAI-Driven Project Management Responsibilities
n• Leverage Generative AI and Copilot solutions to improve project planning, risk
nidentification, status reporting, backlog refinement, and stakeholder communications.
n• Drive adoption of AI-powered tools to enhance team productivity, delivery predictability,
nand decision-making while ensuring alignment with organizational governance policies.
n• Utilize AI-assisted insights to proactively identify delivery risks,



resource constraints,
ndependency bottlenecks, and quality concerns.
n• End-to-End Execution: Create comprehensive project plans, define critical paths,
nallocate resources, and rigorously track all milestones from initiation to formal closure.
n• Process Discipline: Oversee core project management governance, including strict
nChange Order Request (CR) tracking, risk mitigation planning, and proactive issue
nresolution.
n• KPI Tracking: Establish, monitor, and report on key project health metrics (Schedule
nVariance, Cost Variance, Resource Utilization, and Quality Metrics).
nFinancial & Delivery Models
n• Fixed Price Execution: Proven experience delivering Fixed Price projects and
nimplementations, ensuring tight scope management to minimize scope creep while
nmeeting contractual obligations.
n• T&M; Management: Efficiently manage Time & Material (T&M;) engagements, tracking
