Job DescriptionAbout the role:
nThe Key Accounts Manager will lead business development across North India. The role is responsible for acquiring and growing strategic B2B customers, with a strong focus on international and national QSR chains, FMCG companies, food processors, cloud kitchens, and other large institutional food businesses.
nThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative B2B sales, solid industry relationships, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles while delivering sustainable business growth.
nDuties & Responsibilities:
n• Identify, prospect, and acquire new key accounts across North India.
n• Develop business with international and domestic QSR chains, FMCG companies, food processors, cloud kitchens, commissaries, and other large food service customers.
n• Build and nurture relationships with procurement teams, R&D;, quality assurance, operations, and senior decision-makers.
n• Understand customer requirements and assist to develop tailored commercial and product solutions.
n• Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting,



presentations, negotiations, pricing, and contract closure.
n• Collaborate with internal teams including NPD, supply chain, quality and finance to ensure seamless onboarding and account management.
n• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term customer retention within assigned accounts.
n• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer opportunities to identify new avenues for growth.
n• Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and regular performance reports.
n• Represent the company at industry events, trade exhibitions, and customer engagements.
n• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
