Job DescriptionWe are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in Mutual Fund Operations, Fund Accounting, and Transaction Reconciliation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate NAV computation, fund accounting, cash & position reconciliation, financial reporting, and compliance with SEBI regulations.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Perform and verify daily NAV calculations, valuation, expense accruals, and fund accounting activities.n
- Manage cash, position, and investor transaction reconciliations, including subscriptions, redemptions, dividends, commissions, and scheme accounts.n
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.n
- Prepare and review scheme financial statements, expense ratios, and portfolio reconciliations.n
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and internal regulatory guidelines while maintaining complete audit documentation.n
- Coordinate with Fund Accountants, Custodians, RTAs, Banks, Auditors,



and Payment Partners for seamless operations.n
- Support statutory and internal audits and ensure timely regulatory reporting.n
- Monitor management fees, administrative expenses, and other scheme-level financial transactions.n

nIdeal Candidate

- n
- Chartered Accountant (CA Mandatory)n
- 3-5 years of experience in Mutual Fund Operations, Fund Accounting, NAV Calculation, or Reconciliationn
- Robust understanding of Mutual Fund Accounting, SEBI Regulations, Financial Reporting, and Scheme Accountingn
- Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and stakeholder management skillsn
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilitiesn
