Business Development & Sales Growth • Create awareness of company services, test scopes,
and capabilities through regular customer engagement. • Understand, gather, and submit customer testing requirements related to product development/projects in the pipeline on a monthly basis. • Generate qualified enquiries and ensure higher conversion rates. • Deliver regional revenue growth YoY as per assigned sales targets. • Ensure timely payment collection by coordinating with customers and accounts; avoid overdues.Customer Service & Complaint Handling • Address and resolve customer complaints within agreed timelines. • Ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams for smooth project execution. • Monitor project deliverables and ensure closure as per commitments.
